Multi-Functional Insulation: Provides thermal insulation, electrical insulation, and fire resistance in one lightweight material.

Customizable Solutions: Available as standalone paper, or laminated with PE/PET films (black/blue/white) and mica sheets to meet application-specific requirements.

Available Formats: Supplied in rolls or pieces, supporting high-volume manufacturing processes.

Applications

Applications of micro-nano ceramic paper in Electronics

Consumer Electronics

Smartphones & battery banks: Ultra-thin battery insulation sheets with heat resistance superior to PI films, providing safer protection in limited space designs.

Laptops & Drones

Laptop Batteries: Fire barrier layer preventing the carbonization risk of PI films, enhancing long-term safety and reliability.

Drone Battery Packs: Thermal insulation pads with high resilience and puncture resistance, outperforming silicone-based solutions under demanding conditions.

Medical Devices & Home Appliances

Medical Equipment: Battery insulation materials supporting UL94 V-0 compliance, ensuring safe and reliable protection for end-users.

Smart Home Appliances (e.g., Robot Vacuum Cleaners): Fire-resistant insulation for lithium-ion batteries, featuring inorganic, eco-friendly, and emission-free properties.

Power tool battery

For applications like drills and saws that require high-current discharge in compact spaces, our material serves as critical inter-cell insulation to manage heat and prevent thermal runaway.

Q&A

Q1: What is Micro-Nano Ceramic Paper?
It is a flexible high-temperature insulation material made from special ceramic fibers and microporous nanomaterials.

Q2: What forms are available?
The product can be supplied in rolls or cut pieces, and can be laminated with PE/PET films (black/blue/white) or mica sheets for specific insulation requirements.

Q3: What is the maximum temperature resistance?
Auwin Superflex Micro-Nano Ceramic Paper is stable up to 650°C, if you need higher temperature paper, pls check another product of us: https://www.fire-insulations.com/copy-of-Ceramic-fiber-paper-Frax-1260ST-PP-p5852448.html

Q4: How does it compare to PI films?
Unlike PI films, which typically withstand ~300°C, Micro-Nano Ceramic Paper maintains integrity at much higher temperatures, Not prone to carbonization

Q5: What are the key application areas?
Primary applications include consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, tablets, TWS charging cases, power banks) and power tool batteries. It is also suitable for medical devices, home appliances, and aerospace components.

Q6: Can it replace silicone foam in electronic devices?
Yes. It can, our ceramic paper is inorganic, durable, and more resistant to fire and mechanical stress.

Q7: How does it compare to aerogel composites?
While aerogels provide good insulation, they are often brittle and less flexible. Micro-Nano Ceramic Paper offers similar thermal performance with much higher mechanical flexibility and easier processing, also lower cost.

Q8: Is it electrically insulating?
By laminated with Mica, making it suitable for electronic devices with strict safety standards.

Q9: Does it support industry certifications?
The material can be designed to support compliance with UL94 V-0 and other fire safety standards, depending on the application.

Q10: What is the MOQ?
Samples for free, test video for free, MOQ is 500kg
