Auwin FRAX ceramic fiber felt is a premium flexible refractory material made from high-purity ceramic fiber wool and carefully selected binders. Using advanced production technology, this flexible insulation offers excellent tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, and stable high-temperature performance.

Frax 1430Z-FT is a zirconia-enriched ceramic fiber felt designed for ultra-high-temperature applications. With a continuous working temperature of 1350 ℃ and superior thermal stability, it is the perfect choice for demanding furnace and sealing applications.



Features:

Ultra-High Temperature Resistance: Classification temperature 1430 ℃; continuous use up to 1350 ℃.

Zirconia-Enriched Formula: Al₂O₃ + SiO₂ + ZrO₂ ≥95% for outstanding high-temperature stability.

Low Shrinkage: ≤4% linear shrinkage after 24h at classification temperature.

Excellent Thermal Performance: Thermal conductivity 0.15 W/m·K at 800 ℃, 0.21 W/m·K at 1000 ℃.

Superior Durability: Strong tensile strength combined with flexibility for long service life.
